Junior League Baseball Division
The Junior League Baseball Division is a program for boys ages 13-14, using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches. MPTLL may also choose a Tournament Team (or "All Stars") of 13-14-year-olds from within this division depending on player availability and whether the team is available to enter the International Tournament.  The culmination of the International Tournament is the Junior League Baseball World Series, featuring teams from around the world.
MPTLL plays Junior League home games at Independence Park (Elizabeth Traditional School).  Refer to the League Calendar for key dates throughout the season.  The cost for the Spring season is $225 per player and $175 for the fall season.  All players must live in or attend a school located in the MPTLL boundary
Registration for the spring season closes in early February every year and in July/August for the fall season.  Click here to register now.

Myers Park Trinity Junior League Mission:
We strive to provide MPTLL players between 13 and 14 years old an opportunity to continue playing baseball, introduce and teach your player the “big” field to prepare your son for middle school baseball, and to have fun!

Junior League Overview:

MPTLL’s Junior division is for players that are serious about baseball and team sports but want to continue to play baseball without the commitment/costs of “travel” baseball.

We feel like that we can develop and prepare players for the next level without having to pay thousands of dollars.  Our Home Field is Independence Park which is located right next to Elizabeth Traditional Elementary School, and across the street from Memorial Stadium.  "Indy” Park received a renovation during the spring 2020 season and reopened for the fall 2020 season. The park received a new net backstop, bathroom facility, new playing surface, and new dugouts.

Each season we hope to have 2 teams that will play a full District 3 regular season schedule. The other teams in the district are Lake Norman, Dilworth, Steele Creek, Weddington, MARA, Coul Oak, and University East.

MPTLL has a proud history at this level, with multiple district titles and the 2012 state championship when the team advanced to Purcellville, VA for the Southeastern Regional Tournament.

Each summer MPTLL will select an All Star team to enter in the NC District 3 tourney that can lead to a State Tourney, Regional Tourney, and the Junior League World Series in Tayor, Michigan
